It’s currently 6:30. It says online and on the front door that closing time is 7pm. This is like the 3rd time that I come and is always close early by 30 min. It’s very annoying and frustrating because I drove 20 minutes to get here. STOP CLOSING AT THE WRONG TIME OR CHANGE YOUR HOURS.
I was there on Monday (8/18) and the lady that did my brows cut into my skin I didn’t notice until I got home but my skin was red and painful.
I’ve been coming here for threading and I asked for sugar waxing. It was my first time getting sugar wax, but I knew what it was supposed to look like — a thick sugar paste that is applied by hand and then taken off or pulled back. I kept asking the lady is this sugar wax and she told me it was and the hard wax is different. I’m very familiar with hard wax or honey wax because I have my own at home.
