Extremely personal, friendly, kind. My Rx was not ready until the next day and Wendy brought it to my husband near our HOME! He also had questions when we got home and they answered all of them very quickly. Today is day 2 of recovery and I'm in very little discomfort. Can't wait to see complete healimg:).
