I got a storage unit about four weeks ago by a gentleman named John. The promotion was two months half off. I receive an invoice for the following month four weeks exactly saying that I am paying full price. I contacted the Rinaldi location. I was in conversation with a gentleman name Andre I would like to say, even for the minor inconvenience. He was very professional, and he helped a lot and was Super patient.
