The company lied to me and screwed up my reservation. They failed to recognize their mistake, apologize or show any remorse whatsoever. The assistant manager is an extremely unhelpful, I believe his name is Andrew. Do not use them.
This place is great. Whitney was amazing and has great customer service skills. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a storage unit.
