Nice safe units
I decided to use Nova Storage for a third time, and I was not disappointed. The facility improvements are great, and the Customer Service is still fantastic! I had a bit of a technology glitch signing the contract, but Felicia found a quick fix that let me know the problem wasn’t me. Felicia and Jeremy were friendly and professional, and kept a positive attitude throughout the process. My mom and I went to the Mission Hills and Sylmar branches. They were both very clean and organized. We had the pleasure of dealing with Felicia, Becca, Daisy, Jeremy and Sergio. They are all so kind, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend Nova Storage at either location! 5 star company and staff!!
Friendly service
As a long term customer, I’ve seen this place change. Since the new ownership, they’ve made sweeping changes letting go of key staff, including the manager Rebecca, BEX as I called her, who always knew me by my name. She made this more than storage. Now it’s obvious: both staff and customers are just replaceable.. just numbers. Sincerely, Michael.. ah, my bad. I meant Unit ID 0062. P.S. With key staff gone, there’s really no reason for me to keep paying these overpriced rates anyways
