From the first quote through installation and finally to turning my system on, everyone I dealt with at the company was responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. Nova Solar just installed a 10kW system for us, and it went very smoothly and professionally. I would highly recommend them (and have to several neighbors). Not much else to say...which is a good thing!
When we ran into some issues following the installation of new siding on our home, we had a terrible time finding any reputable solar installers who would work on our system. From the beginning of the process, to the final check after the installation, Nova Solar was professional, transparent, informative and personable. They far exceeded our expectations, particularly after we had gone part-way through the process with another company. Even though their bid was slightly higher than the other company, it turned out that going with Nova Solar was a much better deal. Nova Solar was very willing to work with our unique situation, a solar carport, and expertly navigated Fairfax County’s strict building, zoning, and environmental requirements in a Registered Protected Area (RPA) without any change orders or up-charges.
