An amazing, professional and totally painless experience with Nova Solar!!Nova Solar was our solar install pick because of the quick and professional answers to our questions. I communicated directly with technical people - there are no sales folks. Once we signed the contract, the process moved quickly and smoothly. I had Nova Solar install my solar panels in July 2021. From the initial call and throughout the process the communication was outstanding. It was explained what the process would be and thats what they did.The day of installation the crew was here early morning and was done early afternoon. No surprises. The whole process from quote through county inspection was smooth and professional. Great communication from sales *** providing multiple quotes and answering questions promptly. Great comms from project manager regarding schedule and process. Project executed on time, exactly as planned and all permitting and inspections handled by Nova Solar. My experience with Nova Solar, from start to finish, was overwhelmingly positive. The entire staff was professional, courteous, and went out of their way to answer the questions I had. During the design phase they revised their proposal in response to my inputs without hesitation. They provided information on available systems and the pros and cons of each, made sound recommendations and explained why they made them, put together the system I wanted even if I decided against a particular recommendation. Nova Solar was fantastic to work with. I installed solar panels on my almost 200 year old house. From the first email inquiry to the final wrap up they were stellar with communication.
