The staff is very friendly and they make sure you are satisfied. They are very expensive though. Jennifer my stylist is very friendly, professional and she made sure i was completely satisfied. I went in for subtle purple highlights in my dark hair. The first time around it didn't turn out exactly how i wanted and she asked me to come back to re do it for free. Would of given 5 stars if their prices weren't so expensive.
