My son had an eye exam today with Dr. Ngyuen, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. She was incredibly friendly and kind throughout the entire visit. Dr. Nguyen was patient and made my son feel completely comfortable during the exam, which really put us at ease. Her professional and mannerly approach was evident from start to finish. Our overall experience was excellent, and we are grateful for her attentive care.
If you here reading reviews you can stop reading, pick up the phone and make an appointment. Dr. Nguyen is exceptional at her job. I've seen a few eye docs in my time, and what sets her apart is she handles everything from the time you walk in the door. You aren't seeing 3, 4, or 5 different people during your appointment, so you aren't having to wait for someone to assist you. Terrible woman, went to get my eye checked with my new insurance for contacts last week, had no patience, was rushing me to put the contacts for the very first time. Started being rude and had a whole mean facial reaction. I am surprised with all the good reviews, must be her own relatives doing it for her. Stay away! Awful.
Dr. Nguyen is outstanding. She has always gone above and beyond for me and I am very greatful for her excellent care. I am so glad to have such a highly skilled, caring doctor that is also a clean freak. ( she has been cleaning everything for years before the pandemic so now that im vaccinated i feel really safe going to see her. She of all people I trust.
