Dr Chaudhary and team does excellent support to help patients meet their goal
I don’t understand how the reviews are high. Maybe fake, maybe compensated. Anyway, I went yesterday to establish care after moving to VA recently and had an awful experience. Basically, they give you a “meal plan” which consists of stuff we all know—eat more protein and veg, less cake and ice cream. Ok. Then I waited to speak with the doctor, who ended up not showing up and made me have a virtual appt with him. The providers at the Arlington location are awesome. They are kind, caring and sensitive while also being professional. They are responsive to my needs and very encouraging. I truly appreciate having them as partners in my weight loss journey.
If you are a high endurance athlete and menopausal - they can’t help you as calorie deprivation will just put you in starvation mode and body will retain fat. They had no other recommendations.
I really enjoyed working with Nova Physician Wellness. They have helped me reach my weight loss goals.
