I absolutely love NOVA Physician Wellness Center. I have been with them for over 2 years and am very happy with the results.
This place has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a medical facility. It took several days to even get a response and will probably be several more days before my simple issue is even resolved.
I had a great experience at Nova Physical wellness center . Monique, MA, was professional, friendly, and attentive throughout my visit. She made me feel comfortable, answered my questions, and ensured everything went smoothly. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service truly stood out. They tell you your insurance covers the visits and push you to schedule several visits every two weeks. What they don't tell you is they rack up the charges each time you go and your insurance only covers a portion. So you see a nutritionist who hands you some worksheet and talks to you for 5 minutes MAX and you get a bill for over $400. But wait there's more.
