I'd like to begin my feedback by highlighting the exceptional service provided by the receptionist, Saida. She is always professional, cheerful, and welcoming. Every time I arrive, she greets me with a warm smile, which makes me feel valued and comfortable. Also, when I call the office for any medication issues, they always get things solved in no time. Every body in the Arlington office has been wonderful. They are so kind, caring and supportive. I have lost 30 pounds in four months. Thanks to the office staff, the technicians, nurses and nutritionists.
This place is 5 stars from the first moment. It is easy getting a convenient appointment. Additionally my insurance covers the service. The entire staff is very friendly and competent. I checked in. My appointment immediately started with a full body scan to let me know exactly where I stand with my body composition. I then met with a dietition that gave me a healthy diet to follow.
