This facility is breeding grounds for an eating disorder, and honestly has the vibes of a 2000s era time share trap. What was ad advertised as a 40 minute appointment turned into getting shuffled from room to room for 80 minutes. They also have a questionable methodology where they deduct from your BMR to put you in a deficit with no input into your existing activity. I will never come back, it's a bit outrageous.
I absolutely love NOVA Physician Wellness Center. I have been with them for over 2 years and am very happy with the results.
This place has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a medical facility. It took several days to even get a response and will probably be several more days before my simple issue is even resolved.
