This place was great! We need more doctors like this. The everyone at Nova was friendly and very helpful. They really went out of their way to find out what my problem was and took the time to explain what the treatment would be. I was surprised at how comfortable I was with this doctor's office. I should have listened to my daughter and come here years ago.

Chiropractor Due to the treatment I received by the billing staff, I would NOT recommend this office to my friends. I loved the waterbed treatment therapy but not enough to deal with the staff again. I was a new patient with a new insurance plan that caused problems with the doctor receiving payment. I did not know about the problem until a phone call threatening a collection agency on the Monday after Christmas. I wasn't even at work that day to recieve the call and respond by the 5pm deadline.
chiropractors I would not recomend this to anyone. They have the absolust worst service, the doctors you can not understand, and i think half the time they can not understand you. They do accept all kinds of insurance. but i believe they are just trying to get money by having you come back 3 times a week. The billing gets messed up, way too much paperwork, The doctor was examinining my back with no sympathy he seemed like he did not know what he was doing,
Thank God for the miracle workers at Nova Pain Management I have been going to the pain clinic for three months and when I first started I had to use a cane and had been in a lot of pain for 15 years. Now I am getting better everyday. I don't have to use a cane to walk now. I am obviously very pleased with Nova Pain Management. They greet you with a smile and kind words, then the healing begins. Jerrold We are in New Bern on a 6-month work contract. My wife has severe ongoing neck pain problems. I told the doctor's office we were from out of state, we had medical records sent from Texas. We waited and waited over a week for the doctor to review the records. Finally, we were given an appointment, but then we were advised that the doctor ONLY treated long-term patients and if my wife did not have a North Carolina ID, the doctor would not see her!
