Had to wait an hour from my appointment time to take a quick drug test. They suggested the appointment time and I arrived early. If they'd said 10 instead of 9, I would have been there at 10 and not wasted an hour of my time.
I called to schedule an appointment. When the person picked up the phone they did not mention the company, I asked if I was calling the nova health, the person on the phone gave an attitude, I asked if they had walk ins they said no. They mentioned earliest appointment was for two days I said ok.
