Jojo has been doing my nails for years! Today she out did herself. She always stays up to date with the latest trends. She did a clear catseye French and it came out wonderful. She never fails to impress!! The salon is so nice and all the employees are friendly and they all do a great job! I highly recommend them.
Jojo, the owner offered me the worst customer service today when going to her salon for the second time. I asked her to buff my nails out before she polishes them because she didn’t do that last time. She skips that important step that leaves the nails smooth. I have never seen anyone skip that last step in 25 years of getting my nails done. She had an attitude and even told me that I should try someone else. I felt so uncomfortable like I bothered her. Nice and clean, friendly and careful staff, many polish colors. Our toes look beautiful!
I have been coming to Nova nails for about a year. Every visit is great, yesterday I have the pleasure of having a pedicure by Amy, she was sweet and attentive. Thanks Amy!
