They cannot keep good Doctors. (they leave fairly quickly) Clearly a leadership issue. Focus on patient care and the rest will take care of itself! Too bad, I have been going here for 18 years and am now looking for a new Primary Care Physician.
A patient for almost 20 years! Now, since INNOVA took over, The worst! Being treated for asthma exacerbation. They can't see me for a follow up until next week and won't refill my albuterol for my nebulizer every 4 hours so I can breathe. SHEREE told me to go back to urgent care to get my refill. Really something after having been a patient with Dr. NOELLE for almost 20 years! Guess I can die if I can't breathe, but they basically told me to pound sand. Switching today. Good bye Nova Med. Mis-diagnosed! We went there because it's late in the day and nowhere else to go. The doc checked out my son, including both ears, and said he's all good. In the middle of the night, blood coming out of one of his ear. Turned out he has ear infection. We saw his pediatrician in the next morning and he's in disbelief how the doc at Nova could have missed it.
