The nice MA with the dreads and glasses I forgot her name but she was really nice as well as the lady at the front desk that checked me in
I had an amazing experience at Concentra! At the front desk, Emily was very warm and welcoming with the intake forms. Tink was AMAZING. You can tell she truly cares about her patients. Even Dom was gracious enough to grant me a few masks when I needed. This location gets 5 stars from me :)
They are very efficient and friendly at this clinic. I have never waited more than 1/2 hour to have my DOT physical completed. The facility is always clean and comfortable. Staff is always professional and personable.
