They were quick in getting me in and out
First MA did horrible missed vein. Also did not remove tourniquet or tube when she pulled needle out. I asked for a different MA and she did fabulously! She got my vein on first attempt! She followed procedure and vaccine without error or discomfort! I give her 10 stars if I could.
The girl at the front desk when I checked in was fairly nice but whoever that woman was that collected my specimen was absolutely rude. Every time I ask her a question about something she was extremely short and even huffed a couple times like I was bothering her so badly and taking up her time for just being there honestly I understand they see probably 100 people a day or more but that doesn't matter you don't get rude and upset and angry with the clientele that comes through the door we're the ones that keep you in busine... read more
