Came in for a D.O.T. physical. Lady at the front was nice enough. Nurse aid and Dr. Taylor were professional, super friendly and very easy to talk to! Happy and pleasant experience with this crew.
My company still hasn’t gotten the results from my drug test so
I was very skeptical because of Concentra buying out Nova. 80% of my visits to Concentra were not good. Nova haf a very pleasant atmosphere and the staff and doctor's seemed like they wanted to help us drivers and not fail us. I truly believe that most companies were switching to Nova especially for the wait time. We were in and out. This Concentra seems like they kept most of the same staff. Especially the doctor. He is one of the best. I hope they keep this same energy.
I wish I could give zero Stars the front desk is rude but the most important thing they running a sleep apnea scam they tell you you need to sleep apnea test to try to get money from you doctor has no bedside manners but the nurses are nice they charge $160 for DOT physical when you can go around the corner and get the same physical for $60
