the worst ! idiots. in a word! IDIOTS!
I go to DISA collection sites all over the country for my job, this place is the slowest by far!
The whole facility. Very unprofessional workers that act like they are home. Very rude
I have been sitting here for an hour and 8 minutes so far to pee in a cup and I haven't gone back, haven't been told how much longer, nothing. Everyone in here has been sitting here and not called back for this hour and...9 minutes now.

I have been here 4 times now for DOT physical recert. 3 hrs wait every year. I would not come here if company didnt force me to. I offered to pay for my own elsewhere because the Dr. Is rude and wait time is far too much. Half a work day...
Over 2 hrs waiting for a Tex-dot physical. Go someplace else if possible. They don't make appointments.
Never again been here too long for a test that takes about 15 minutes
Don’t know why the poor reviews. They got me in quickly, were thorough with the exam, and set up a program to get me back to work.
