RecommendedI highly recommend Nova Medical Centers. All around great healthcare. All the ladies at reception desk were very friendly and helpful. Physical Therapist Rick and Pedro are very caring and good at what they do. Also, Mr John for the courtesy transportation. Thank you all for everything..

MRS GONZALEZ AND THE LITTLE MEXICAN LADY (OFFICE MANAGER I THINK) KEPT ME WAITING FOR A DRUG SCREEN FOR OVER AN HOUR, THEY WERE VERY RUDE, AND DONT KNOW WHAT THERE DOING, WORST PLACE TO GET A DRUG SCREEN OR ANYTHING ELSE, RUDE, OBNOXIOUS, SARCASTIC...NASTY PEOPLE WORK THERE GO TO CONCENTRA!!
I waited 2 hrs and 40 min today; and the Dr never saw me. Marcy one of the staff members, in stead of apologizing, she tells me that's why they call me 30 min before my appointment to reschedule for next week. I think this is ridiculous and very unprofessional.
