Rude Nurse Giving Me The Drug Test And Eye Exam.....

How slow and rude can people possibly be?? Well today I found out when I stepped foot in this poor excuse of an office. 4 hours..... for a 10 minute exam.... and I still haven’t been seen. no care or concern from any staff. No smiles, eye contact, or hustle from a single employee. Seen 2 people get done the first 2 hours... hope they stay open late cuz this is ridiculous and unprofessional if there’s ever been such a thing.
They are lazy slow and don’t care and rude do not come here
The worst place that you can go, they took 3 hours to get to me it was only me and two other people , all the nurses gossiping and walking around having a blast
I’ve been in line for a random drug screen with fewer than 4 people in front of me for over 2.5 hrs now. The longest I’ve ever seen this process take, ANYWHERE.
Hurt on the job at around 10 am. No doctor came to see my son till around 3:30pm. No care, no pain care, nothing to eat, NOTHING. He needed xray of his left arm, no tech. He had to be sent to Neighbors Medical Center on the same block. Torn arm muscle and no movement and swollen huge. No pain meds all day!!!! Then the PA released him to go to work the next day with no instructions for care. This place is dangerous! Do not send your employees here. "DO NO HARM" well, they did NOTHING!
