My air conditioning unit needed to be replaced because the system was 20 years old. I was connected with NOVA LLC HVAC with Alex as the contractor manager. Absolutely horrible company! From reading the reviews, I see they pull the same deceptive business practices through American Home Shield. Alex came out to give me an estimate on my AC repairs and he prepared a report alleging $3400 in uncovered modifications. I sent several texts requesting the full breakdown of the estimate and while he agreed to send it, he instead sent an estimate for an $8k ac replacement. This place is a complete scam and untrustworthy. I wish I could give 0 stars

American Home Shield selected NoVA HVAC to repair our HVAC. A full 10 days went by before I could get a hold of anyone at the company. They apologized and scheduled me for the following day, and no one showed up again and they stopped answering their phones. I was finally able to get a new vendor through American Home Shield.

To day I had no heat today .. Israel was on the call for American Home Shield ...he was so helpful fixed my issue , explained a lot and waited patiently to make sure my heat is working .. He also told me if I had any other problems just call by .. So far everything is working PRAISE GOD
