Chad was exceptional. He was super helpful, informative and communicative— he really made me feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend Nova HVAC Ltd. and would use him again when/if needed (first call) and would recommend him to anyone.
Furnace kept failing, Chad the owner of Nova HVAC came in and immediately knew what was wrong and fixed it with his vast knowledge of the systems.
Our air conditioner (installed by previous owners) stopped working a few days ago. I had heard amazing reviews about Chad and his work, so I gave him a call to see if he could help and he responded immediately. Chad had the problem diagnosed over the phone based on the information I gave him. He was able to get the parts needed and installed in the same day. Do not use this company. They installed a new furnace in my basement but did not pull a gas permit and did not tell me its required. I called them several times and sent them emails but they refuse to respond. Better use another company that puts the customer first.
