Care Advantage Home care & caregiver is wonderful the care I get daily from my Aid and the other that check on me now and then. Idk what I would do without them. Thanks for everything you do!
I have been very unhappy with Care Advantage since they purchased Nova Homecare. I have been trying to have consistent care providers on weekends since April- it is now October and they cannot find me reliable care. No shows with no back ups and no communications is pretty normal. Hard to reach anybody after hours - the call center does even know where Fairfax Virginia is. They don’t have enough people to fill cases call out leaving clients w no aid this is so unacceptable yall really need to get it together yall suppose to care about our loved ones but honestly don’t think yall do
