During my recent cystoscopy, I experienced initial apprehension. However, the procedure was completed efficiently, and the discomfort was less than anticipated. The attending physician demonstrated patience and provided comprehensive responses to all my inquiries.

Dr. Mendoca took time to explain the procedure and all possible outcomes. His nurse aide was also patient when listening to all my concerns.
I only saw Dr Malhotra once on the day after my Aquablation Procedure. He was pleasant and attentive to me. He provided different follow-up treatments, soliciting my input and respecting my choice. He followed up with me the day after that, making sure I was okay, and giving me a plan to follow until I spoke to Lim.
Dr. Shawn Mendonca explained the reasons for and the reasons against my possible surgery. I am grateful to him.
