Very bad service, they just want to distract you and make you feel you have problems with your eyes, so they can switch to a medical exam and do unnecessary tests, so they can take your money. I went there with a simple request to get a new pair of glasses, and got vague advice from the provider that I may have severe problems that may need surgery. The provider did unnecessary procedures and imaging, and when I got the results, I asked a simple question Do I need surgery or not? Her answer was "I don't know"! On top of that... read more
I started seeing Dr. Tran several years ago after failed dry eye treatment with another in town provider. Dr. Tran has helped me so much and I wished I would’ve found her sooner! She has got some of the latest treatments for chronic dry eye that she can do right in her office, no need to go to Seattle! Her office is very nice and all her staff are wonderful. Highly recommend Dr. Tran for all of your chronic dry eye needs!

Dr. Tran was great, listened to my concerns, and got me what I needed. Emma was SO nice and SO helpful in picking out my glasses and hyping me up about the pair I picked out. She was bubbly, funny, and personable. Her customer service skills and personality really shine in her work. Dr. Tran & the team are lucky to have her!
