I’m disappointed with Nova Eye care. Everyone I. The office was very nice and professional, but I paid a substantial amount of money for only lenses for my frames, plus I have Eye Insurance. I sent them back twice due to the fact the lenses were incorrect, I still could not see, still blurry with my lenses.. I also asked for the lenses that darken when I go in and outside. I came to Dr. Tran with excruciating eye pain, light sensitivity, and overall my eye lids just feeling like sandpaper against my eyes caused by dry eye from Sjogrens Disease. I had previous eye doctors keep telling me to take over the counter eye drops and just hope it got better. Dr. Tran took the time to listen to me that those over the counter treatments weren't working and my concerns and how it was effecting my ability to work (healthcare), drive, and even do basic things I enjoyed like reading books. Dr. Tran, Linda, and Emma are all wonderful! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. I Love my glasses that Emma picked out for me. I get so many compliments! I highly recommend coming here! ❤️
I was very pleased with Doctor Tran. I felt she was professional and informative. The staff was kind and helpful with choosing glasses. Unfortunately, the office staff did not bill my insurance provider in a timely manner. My insurance provider refused to pay because they did not receive the bill for many months after my appointment. My insurance told me I should not have to pay the bill because I did nothing wrong, however I knew that would not be the case. Extremely helpful and competent (also prettiest!) eye doctor in Anchorage. Wonderful office staff as well. Helped me, and I highly recommend.
