I went into this as a first time door buyer and made that clear. I sent pictures of my existing door with sizes, and said this is what I want. I never once mentioned swing and I wasn't asked, but I was given the quote and misinterpreted the terminology for the swing because I trusted the rep. When I received the door, the swing was wrong. After a few back and forth, I was told they could do nothing only charge me 1/3 of the price to replace the framework.
