From order to install, this was the best 'big purchase' we've made! We wanted to buy local, and couldn't be happier with our decision. Attention to detail was superb; wait time was minimal considering these were custom windows! Installation was completed by a small team of professionals--great guys, with great care given to our home. The results are beautiful, and we are amazed at the difference. I WAS BLESSED WITH THE FIRST HAND EXPERIENCE OF 2 OF NOVA WINDOW AND DOORS INSTALLERS. THE WORK THEY DID IS PHENOMENAL!!! THEY DID A LARGE FRONT WINDOW, BASEMENT WINDOW AND INSTALLED A BEAUTIFUL DOUBLE OPENING GARDEN DOORS. THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO ENSURE ANY ROT OR LACK OF ATTENTION TO DETAIL FROM PREVIOUS INSTALLATION. MAJOR KUDOS TO CHARLIE AND JAY, FROM AVISDUNBAR, 2 BAD PUPPYS( LOL) PEPPER AND CASSIE.
Nova Windows replaced the windows in my home they did a fabulous job . I would certainly recommend them . They want to make sure you are happy ..The guys work hard .
