Communication and customer service sre somewhat lacking. Product quality is amazing.
Very pleased with the window replacement. An excellent company to deal with, friendly, professional and efficient from beginning to end. We highly recommend Nova.
I was impressed with Nova Doors and windows. They quoted me a very competitive rate with a completion date for end October two months out. They had it done by end September. The installers were friendly, professional and very quick. They cleaned everything up afterwards. I definitely will be using thier services again.
Nova Windows and Door did an excellent job with ordering and installing our bay windows and two doors. They look amazing and the seal is fantastic! They also did a good job cleaning up!
The window job was done beautiful. Arrived on time, and did an amazing job installing the window and also the cleaning afterwards. There's one very big downside tho - only did half of the windows this time, and looking at the completed work now I just want to replace all remaining windows as well. time to save up for renovations.
