I am so delighted with the our new windows. Highly recommend Aiden, he was brilliant to work with, very professional. Keith and crew were extremely efficient! Keith’s attention to detail was excellent, he communicated with us throughout and we couldn’t be happier with the results!

Nova Doors and Windows replaced four windows in our Halifax condo unit. It was a big job as the windows are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors and they needed to bring in a lift for two days. Apart from the hassle of dealing with HRM for a sidewalk infringement permit and dealing with a decidedly unhelpful compliance officer, the job went off without a hitch. We're thrilled with the new windows and the workmanship that went into the installation job.
The Dartmouth location deserves zero star because they give zero care about helping a client. The only way to post a review is to show one star; this company does not deserve it. We have been asking since June 24, 2025 to have our doors looked at (installed 2023 with issues since installation), all we get is run around and disrespected. Their moto, "we guarantee it" is a load of BS. If you value your sanity, do not do business with this company. L Hickey
