HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!!!
I had the worst experience at Nova Dental in Bloomfield on 4/8/25 The dental hygienist was very rude when I told her she was cutting my gums with the cleaning instruments. When the Doctor came in to review my X-rays he asked how everything went & I told him it was horrible & explained why. He apologized to the dental hygienists & told me I can go elsewhere if I wasn’t happy there. He never went over my xray he simply walked out the room. I’m highly dissatisfied do not waste your time or money.
Just so unprofessional i called to change my phone number to my new one and when i scheduled an appointment they called the old number to try to confirm my appointment and obviously no one answered so now i am not allowed to schedule appointments anymore so they told me i have to call to see if they have walk ins available but when i did they said they don’t do walk ins it’s just so unprofessional do not recommend
Okay, so back in September. I was calling to make a second cleaning appointment was told that they weren't gonna be able to see me until December. So Told the guy who answers the phone I would be considering going to another dentistry because they always give app 2-3 months out. Unfortunately, a tooth.
