Even though my experience was online, it did not affect my ability to connect at all. The team is professional, kind, and very welcoming, and I felt respected and supported from the start. The psychologist I spoke with was attentive, professional, and easy to talk to, which helped me express myself comfortably. Overall, it was a very positive experience.
