5 Stars...... We were so impressed by Doug and his team from the moment we called to the end of the project. I am happy to say this has been the most professional company we have dealt all because Doug and his team really care about their customers and the outcome of the projects. We had Nova remodel our kitchen, install new flooring, and paint the inside of the house. They gave us a schedule before the job started and finished within 4 days of the time-frame. Great people to work with! Loved the fact that there they have a portal, which reflects the progress of the project, the scope of work , the estimate we agreed on and the payments due. Very professional team. Easy to work with . Completed each part as promised . There were no changes in the middle of the project in respect to what was initially discussed and agreed on . If you have mold or water damage, this is the company to call. From the moment I met with Nikolas and Alex I felt like I was in good hands. They took the time to educate me on how mold removal is done and how the insurance process works. I opted to let Nova handle the claim and invoice my insurance company directly for the work. They handled all the details for me and were able to get my home repaired properly.
