Our experience was Really great. From the front desk reception, nurses, surgeon, anesthesiologist etc. the entire staff were very welcoming and caring. I definitely recommend them if you have a special needs kids/young adults who need dental surgery. My daughter was very calm and we could just tell that she felt safe. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommend!
Very hard to get in contact with anyone on the phone. Wait times seem to be anywhere from 30 minutes to over an hour. Also, very late to request documents or to have new blood work done before anesthesia appointment. Called us an hour and a half before our sedation dentistry appointment requesting new blood work suggesting that we could have it done today and the results by some miracle be available the same day like we are in an ER.
