I am writing this review to give potential customers a full overview of this dishonest and unprofessional dealership...I have now retained a lawyer. We are suing Nova for damages and lawyer fees. They have refused to issue me a title (according to the law, they had 30 days), and when my lawyer called them on 8/18/2017 they were very rude to her and refused to comply. The customer service experience was good until one of their vehicles are purchased. I was promised by two separate employees that if my vehicle is found to have any major issues they would handle them for me. Well 2nd day of purchase vehicle was found to have various issue ranging from bent rims, excessive vehicle smoking, cv boots needing replacing, struts, rotors, brakes, tires, ventilation/crank, case, gaskets, oil burning excessive and oil leaks. We had a great buying experience at Stafford Auto! We found a couple of trucks that fit our needs on the website and Val Williams answered all our questions, by phone and at the dealership. There was no pressure and everyone was more than willing to assist us with our purchase. Great truck...Great dealership! I love my Mustang! Thanks to my salesman Rafi, I was able to get a good car that I could afford, at a great price, that has been absolutely reliable and fun to drive! Rafi was courteous and very knowledgeable about the car. I cannot thank everyone enough at Stafford Auto sales for what they have done for me. They went above and beyond to help me get financed and drive away in a beautiful vehicle of my dreams. I would recommend Stafford auto sales because I liked their approach and their willingness to sort out any issues. They made a fair offer on my part exchange and offered a very fair deal overall. There was a small problem with the vehicle I bought, but they are sorting that without any hassle. I would certainly make them my first port of call for my next vehicle.
