Best doctor ever! You may have to wait but it’s worth it.
Great doctor. Support staff not so much. I have had to call three times to get a prescription refilled. Staff regularly drops the ball on simple tasks.
I had a great experience with the team they have including the Rheumatologist I saw Christine Martin, PA-C And the staff they have that care for you at the front desk, who were absolutely welcoming and made it so easy for me to schedule. They even made the exception to still see me despite running a few minutes late and not making me feel like I caused a problem. I love this practice. Dr. Sep is wonderful and takes time to listen, offer solutions, and make adjustments to treatment options..I have been a patient for 5 years and trust Dr. Sep completely. I recommend this practice to my friends and family all the time..
I truly think Dr. Sep is a wonderful man. He’s worked with my mom for a long amount of time and been some of the only relief she’s gotten from her RA and Psoriatic arthritis among other issues. He takes the time to sit with you and talk, no rushed feeling at all. You may have to wait a bit but it is so worth it. My mom has discovered that I also have some type of chronic illness and not even John’s Hopkins would listen to me, but Dr. Sep did.
