I would not waste your time and money at Nouveau Noir. If good service and basic etiquette matter to you, stay far far far far away. This place is not kid-friendly, and the service is completely broken. We waited over an hour and a half for our main dish. When they finally brought out appetizer wings, some were completely under-cooked and we had to send them back.
