I wouldn't even give them one star. I had an appointment with the owner. They put me in a waiting room and not one person even came to check on me or say they were running late. I was so upset after an hour, I left. Manager called me two hours latter. Said they added some money to my account ($10), really...." and the person was new and didn't know what they were doing." Had an amazing massage with Jade today! I made a last minute appointment, but I never felt rushed or squeezed in. Also enjoyed the newer waiting area. It’s so nice to have a beautiful, well equipped spa right down the road. Thank you for setting the bar high!
