I had a wonderful experience at Nouveau Hair, especially with Henry. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was done properly. My keratin treatment turned out beautifully. I really appreciated Henry’s attention to detail and professionalism throughout the whole process. Highly recommend Nouveau Hair!
I debated writing this review for months. If you have textured hair and are considering Japanese Hair Straightening here—DON’T DO IT GIRL. I was so excited for this, but I honestly should’ve walked out the moment I realized the expertise wasn't there. A very rushed cut and colour that looks rushed and uneven. Never again.
Henry did such a great job on my hair the treatment was very effective and fast and the communication was great.
I tried relaxers keratin nothing got my hair as straight as this salon. I will be back Henry is awesome
