She went above and beyond to ensure I was cared for. I’m deeply grateful to her and her entire team for their outstanding care and professionalism.

As someone who works in healthcare and regularly interacts with providers and their teams, I am very disappointed with the experience at this office. Despite Dr. Jazebi’s reputation, the administrative side of the practice is lacking. Prescription requests are not followed up on, communication is poor, and it’s extremely difficult to get in touch with anyone directly.
