If I could give the service here zero stars I would most definitely. I brought in a perfectly fine running Honda pilot for routine maintenance timing belt, spark plugs, water pump, and transmission fluid changed. I left with a god awful noise and no air conditioning, when I brought this to their attention they said none of this could have been caused by them….I hate being lied to, and they will do it with a smile on their face and charge you nearly three thousand dollars to do so. Stay far far away from this dealership!
I reached out to inquire about purchasing a 2025 Honda Accord Sport from this dealership and was contacted by a sales representative Shannon. After inquiring about obtaining an out the door price for the vehicle to compare to other local dealerships near Columbus I was told that I sounded like a scammer.
