Bought a 2017 Chevy Colorado with 70k miles on it had it a 2 weeks and the transmission was shifting hard, took it back to the dealership got a call 3 days later says nothing was wrong with it when I got it tested it was a “cam shaft fault”, after 2 weeks of it being at the dealership, we get a call saying they have to order a new transmission and have no idea when the other comes in and u must bring the “rental back because it’s not covered under the warranty anymore” would not reconcile this by anyway shape or form. Worst dealership hands down!!! Zero concern for their customers safety
Unprofessional. 1/5 stars via the BBB. Don't recommend. I've been trying to resolve the most minor issue with this company and for some reason they can't seem to respond to it. Literally, the most minor issue, a second set of keys they know they owe me and they can't even resolve that. If they can't even give you a spare set of keys don't trust them with absolutely anything because they are beyond incompetent in their business practices.
Won't let me look at inventory without my name and phone.number
