Pamela did an incredible job in helping to prepare me for, during, and after pregnancy. She gave great bespoke preconception recommendations and advice, leading to an easy pregnancy and my beautiful, happy and healthy baby. She also helped me postpartum to get my health and body back on track. She’s not only extremely knowledgeable and passionate in her field, but she’s also very caring and sensitive. I genuinely couldn’t recommend a better holistic nutritionist for pre and postnatal care!
Pamela instantly made me feel at ease; I felt so comfortable talking about quite personal health problems. Pamela dealt with these issues sensitively and I knew in full confidentiality. I understand now that changing diet and lifestyle is not a quick fix and it requires commitment and I feel that Pamela is staging this transition in a very considered way for me so that it doesn't feel like an overwhelming and inachievable goal. I would highly recommend Pamela for very intuitive, personal and holistic nutritional counselling!
An excellent service from pamela. She is extremely professional, friendly and so kind!! She really helped with my womens issues a subject which she specialises in, she was very knowledgeable and also gave me excellent advice for my little girl and helped me clear up her eczema! Although i am not american based i had all my consultations via telephone, pamela was extremely flexible with times. Highly recommend
