Excellent market! I needed some fresh and hard to find ingredients for cocktails and they had everything I needed and were super helpful!
Not as far as the downtown market but just as good. Great organic choices from dry storage products like Annie's and Amy's to organic dairy, meat, grains, herbs, fresh vegetables, and even organic deli meat alongside in house prepared hummus and other goodies. Wonderful little store that's quick and easy for a fast trip to get organic food.
I will admit, I worked here in the past. However, it is a great place to find ethically source goods. Also, they try and succeed and being sure to never come across as elitist or condescending. If you have a question, ask. They will be glad to help!
This past weekend was my first visit there. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The entire store smelled lovely as one of the staff members was preparing a salad for the deli. They were willing to answer questions and assist with how to bag the products best. I wish I lived closer to the city so I could visit more often, in the meantime I will stock up each time I visit!
