I wanted to thank you all at N&F. Sometimes I wake up with a kink in my neck or an ache in my back and I don't have fear anymore that it will become something major, or that it will affect my whole week like it used to. THIS is the place TO BE! I was out of town on a road trip and visited Nourish and Flourish, not once BUT TWICE in a matter of two days. Not only does N&F provide excellent care for everyone's health and life needs, they also have a KICK-BUTT juice bar! Dr. Brian and his team care for their practice members like none other.
GORGEOUS space, comfortable and welcoming environment, super friendly staff. Just enjoyed a fresh juice from their juice bar, and I will certainly be going back. Can't wait to try their NIA classes. Two thumbs up!
What a blessing it is to have such a space to be inspired and revitalized. Dr. Brian Lumb is a master of one of the most (if not the most) advanced systems of healing on our planet right now. If you're one of the people on the planet who has a spine and a nervous system this is the place for you. :)
