Best Hair salon in Washington! – My daughter and I have been going to Joey for 2 years now and we love it.! It is the best hair salon in the area and also the staff are great too! The best part is the shampoo massage and the massage after the hair cut!

Best Hair Salon – I have been coming to Noufal Studio since 1992. Even after moving to Baltimore, MD I can't imagine trusting anyone else with my hair. Joey is the best!!! His staff is wonderful and so accomodating. Every haircut and color have been perfect.
Best hair cut in town! – The staff is great at the salon, very warm and friendly. I love my new haircut - it's a Victoria Beckham cut for curly hair. Didn't think it was possible. Thank you Joey!
