It’s a shame when you take your family on vacation only to have it ruined by the rental company. Susan herself called 3 times and texted 2 times the morning of departure because we were running 15 minutes behind. Why were we behind, because we were making sure the entire cleaning list was abided by after paying a cleaning fee up front. 36 hours after vacation I’m charged a fee with no explanation. I absolutely love Susan Nottingham! I called her with my rental needs in Ponte Vedra and she responded instantly and found me the perfect property. She graciously accommated a family situation with special needs. Once I made an offer, she responded within hours and made it work for me. I am so happy to be in a beautiful home for 3 months under her professional guidance. I would highly recommend this family owned business to anyone. Thank you Susan Nottingham!

This "rental company" is a joke. Doesn't respond to emails, voicemails (which implies they don't answer phone calls). Occasional response via text. Doesn't respond in even the most lenient description of a timely fashion, then makes excuses for their horrible actions. Goes behind your back to rent out a property you were already waiting days for an answer on.
