The windows don't lock, the sliding glass door doesn't shut all the way, allowing bugs and water to come in. The back shower wall is about to fall through to the apartment behind it. The thermostat hasn't worked properly since my daughter moved in. They don't spray the apartments for bugs on a regular basis, like the leases say they will. The ladies in the office are extremely rude and have no compassion for their fellow man. They are there to turn a buck and don't care about the state of the apartment.
