Honest, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. Had a vehicle with an air suspension fault that was out of warranty. Sent to Nott Car Lab for diagnosis. They found that it was a connector that was loose. No components needed to be replaced. Fixed during the same session as the diagnosis. The technician performing the diagnosis made notes of components that are worn down and made a recommendation about replacing them but emphasized that they are not a safety concern and merely a recommendation.
