I personally would not recommend this answering service. The sales representative John Williams was very helpful up front, asking many different prompting questions that would be used for our practice. He even showed me a broke down simplified version of our prompt, which was color coded and very nicely organized. Everything seemed to be in order, but the people answering our phones did not seem to care about using the prompt. Absolutely terrible company. If you’re a medical office looking for an answering service please look elsewhere. The fees they tack on are absolutely ridiculous. I kid you not, they charge a $29.95 “holiday fee” over major holidays, whether or not you even used the answering service. Their call agents are unbelievably incompetent, they can’t even answer the most basic questions, even if you give them a list of FAQs.
