I recommend NotifyMD they have been super helpful with answering phone calls!
I tested the answering service for one of the companies they recommend on their website. The call was picked up in under a minute, which was a positive surprise. Unfortunately, the representative who answered had a very thick accent, making communication difficult. Based on this experience, I’ve decided not to use this company’s services, though I’m glad I checked in advance.
This is the "messaging service" that falsely portrays itself as BetterHelp. If you believe you have shared personal info with BetterHelp over the phone, then it was actually Notify MD. If you're a victim, file complaints with the FTC, Better Business Bureau, and with your state's and Illinois' Attorney General's office.
My experience with Notify MD has been nothing short of excellent. They are currently serving 267 of our practices and growing. I work with several “world class” patient engagement platforms. I personally would not recommend this answering service. The sales representative John Williams was very helpful up front, asking many different prompting questions that would be used for our practice. He even showed me a broke down simplified version of our prompt, which was color coded and very nicely organized. Everything seemed to be in order, but the people answering our phones did not seem to care about using the prompt.
