Awesome car, awesome dealership, Steve was extremely accommodating! Two weeks driving so far and not an issue to be found with it! All new brakes, tires, oil changes, fresh detail, and low 80k miles! For the simplicity and friendliness I would recommend North Pointe any day of the week for your car buying needs. Unexpected trade in value for a car I was looking to get rid of was also a major bonus!
If I could go lower I would . They had put me in two horrible vehicles. The second car is still currently for a sale there! I didn’t even have it for 24 hours and the transmission went out on it . Had that replaced then literally 30 days after that the TCM went out . They fixed that kinda. Then.. about two weeks after the alternator went out and they refused to fix that. Jeep listed for $15000, tried taking advantage of a single mother and get her to sign for $540 a month at 72 months. Thats $38000 for a vehicle that was $32000 brand new. Scam artist!!! Buyer beware
