Showed up at 7:50am. Waited till 8:15am. Door locked. Call # left message
I showed up for my appointment only to find the door is locked and lights are off. What kind of a business does not contact to reschedule then would have the audacity to charge me a fee if the shoe was on the other foot?
I felt very little discomfort with Dr. Pizer's injection method. 5 stars!
I absolutely Loved Dr. Pizer and Deb the hygienist. This has kept me going back for 10 years. The office policies and the overall operation of the office itself are horrible. They crossed the line today when I drove the 40 minutes it takes me to get there (that’s how much I like the dr and hygienist) only to be told that because I didn’t call them back to tell them that I was indeed coming to my appointment they had canceled it. The dentist was really nice. I had to get two fillings though my mouth still hurts today i was very pleased with the way everything went
Is it possible to give this place no stars? I paid them $25 to send copies of my x-rays to my new dentist. I called them twice to confirm that they were going to send them before my upcoming appointment. My new dentist called once and when I showed up for my appointment they had not sent them over. Since then, I've called them at least 7 times about refunding my money and have yet to receive a definitive answer. This place is terrible.
