Madison was soooo sweet, warning me they didnt open until 10am on the Saturday before Mother's Day. She took the time to talk with me. and saved me an extra hour of waiting!
Went to the store today at my designated time 1:30 to pick up Mother’s Day order not organized at all. No social distancing. When I told them I was cancelling my order told to wait when she came out snapped at me no refunds! Only site credit totally rude because I felt uncomfortable waiting in line with individuals with no masks plus line was not using social distancing at all. Waiting for owner to call me.
Horrible experience for Mother's Day! That's my last visit to this place. My wife requested a cake from Nothing Bundt Cakes for Mother's Day. I went online on Friday to preorder/prepay for the cake, to be picked up on Saturday. It allowed you to choose your pickup time, so I chose 2pm. I get to this location at 2pm, and there is a line of about 75 people all the way down to the corner of the shopping center, then doubled back to the door of Nothing Bundt Cakes. went to pick up an order today, store is doing curbside pick up but NONE of the employees were wearing any masks. During this crazy times, employers should provide and encourage staff to wear masks for their protection and consumer's as well.
