Delicious cakes but terrible customer service. I Pre ordered cakes for a party, my order was accepted, but when I went to pick up I was made to wait 45 minutes for the order to be ready past the agreed time. No apologies, no updates, no offer to mitigate the inconvenience. We will not be back to this store again. Very disappointing!
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE these cakes!!! Some of the most yummy amazing things I’ve everrrrr put in my mouth. However, I took my daughter over there this afternoon (5:45ish) for a special surprise because she had faced something very scary the night before and was super brave . Refused to serve me when I only had cash to pay for my order. It doesn’t matter “covid protocols” United States Legal Tender is to be accepted by any and all businesses. Stupid business practice from one actual business owner to a franchise owner. Good thing the one in Conroe knows the law and accepts cash.
