My first trip to Nothing Bundt Cakes, but won't be my last! We had the red velvet and it was delicious and staff was very friendly and helpful!

Horrible experience.. did not give me BOGO offer and when I called to complain I was told they would give me a credit for one but actually I should get a credit for 2... I wish there was a place I could call n complain instead of the store itself
Terrible experience. I called in an order last minute at 5pm. They said my order would be ready at 6:30. At 6:50, I had forgotten and the store called me. I thanked them for the call and told them I was just down the road and I would be right there. I got there at 7 exactly and the doors were locked. They refused to let me in when I saw 4 ladies inside cleaning. After knocking and trying to get their attention someone finally came and told me they were closed.
