My husband bought a cake for my birthday. Arrived home, my kids sang happy birthday, I blew out the candles and we were all excited about eating a slice! When I tried to cut it...it was completely FROZEN!! Called the store to complain about getting a frozen cake and all the lady on the phone said was “wait 10 min. and you’ll be able to cut it”. No apology!! Will think twice about purchasing a cake from them. Very upset and disappointed�
